Wellness Menu - Post Partum


Soups - Vegetable, Grain and Legume based . Minimum (3 serves) 600ml per serve, $36

-Red Lentil, Spinach and Lemon with Olive Oil and Pepper. Earthy and refreshing. Optional - add rice.

-Moroccan Chickpea Soup with Green Lentils, tomato, fresh coriander, spices, harissa (chilli paste) and lemon. - Protein rich and hearty.

-Brown Rice Congee with daikon, ginger and spring onion. Alkalising, rebuilding and sustaining. Optional - with Chicken Broth

-Beetroot Borscht with cabbage, carrot, potato, sauerkraut and parsley and dill. Blood building, full of fibre, aids digestion. Serve with Sour Cream.

-Greek White bean soup with onion, tomato, celery and carrot, extra virgin olive oil. Hearty protein rich, good omega dose.

-Leek and Potato Soup - thick blended soup with thyme and cream. -Optional with Chicken Broth

-Millet, ginger, pumpkin, parsley, zucchini and umeboshi plum - thick grain soup, alkalising ingredients.

-Lemongrass and kaffir lime chicken broth with chicken mince, broccoli, kale and coriander. Mineral rich herbs and bone broth - Optional - Rice noodles

-Healing Chicken Broth with quinoa, shredded chicken, spring onion, silverbeet and green beans with garlic. Winter warmer, collagen rich bone broth.

-Millet, shredded chicken, ginger, pumpkin, parsley and umeboshi plum on chicken broth - thick grain soup, alkalising ingredients.

Hot Pots and Meals Veg - $39 (3 serves) 600ml per serve

-Sweet Potato Vindaloo- spiced hot pot with onion and fresh tomato. Warming spices and grounding root veg meal, great for regulating blood sugar levels. Best served with rice.

-Pumpkin Curry with ginger, garlic, coconut cream and coriander. Rich and comforting, satisfies the sweet cravings, nourishes the spleen. Best served with rice.

-Rajma- Indian style Kidney bean spiced curry with tomato, chilli and fresh coriander. Great fibre and protein, lowers blood sugar levels. Best served with Rice.

Chicken and veg slow cooker meal - 3 Variations $42(3 serves) -

-Middle eastern flavours with sumac, preserved lemon, mint, and allspice. Fennel, carrot and green beans

-Warming cinnamon, mustard seeds, nigella, ginger and curry leaves with potato, sweet potato, carrot and eggplant.

- Italian tomato based with thyme, rosemary, parsley and garlic with celery, carrot, green beans and kale.
